My journey into mediation
I'm Milly, a fully accredited family mediator based in Southend-on-Sea. With a background in policing and social care, I've spent years working directly with families in some of their most difficult moments — and I saw first-hand how conflict, without the right support, could leave lasting damage on everyone involved, especially children.
I trained as a mediator because I believe there's a better way. Mediation puts you and your family in control of the decisions that matter most, in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment.
I work with separating couples and families across a wide range of issues — from child arrangements and parenting plans to financial settlements and property matters.

Accredited member of the FMC, the regulatory body for family mediators in England and Wales.

Child Inclusive Mediation
Specially trained to include children's voices in the mediation process where appropriate.
MIAM Authorised Mediator
Authorised to conduct Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMs) required before court proceedings.
