About Families First Mediation service

My name is Milly and I am an accredited family mediator registered with the Family Mediation Council (FMC) and Family Mediation Association (FMA).  This is important, as only mediators accredited by the FMC can offer the government voucher scheme .  I have a background in police and social care as well as safeguarding in education settings. I have seen first hand the 

impact conflict has on children and families.  I am passionate about helping families make co-parenting and financial arrangements that meet the needs of everyone, especially children, so that conflict does not persist and become the norm.  My goal is to keep families out of the family court system.
